Shipping policy

All scrunchies, bonnets , wrapping scarfs are handmade. I ship the orders placed the week prior, Tuesday-Saturday of each week. I restock each month. 

Please check the shop banner for the most accurate announcements as sometimes due to order demand it may be changed to 1-2 weeks. 

Due to weather and other delays times may not be accurate. Please allow 2-6 weeks domestically and 1-3 months internationally.  

Please note 
- madebymenme is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail. Please ensure tracking is purchased so you can track your delivery and be insured for damaged or lost mail.
- Please ensure address is correct upon checkout. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped I will not be able to change the address. 
- sometimes orders include free products 

- Shipping estimates are from time of shipment, not when order has been placed 

- Business days do not include public holidays or weekends 

-Overseas orders may incur customs fees. madebymenme is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection. This is out of madebymenme’s control.
